Watch Officer Dyne, a NPC you meet at Verte Bridge
Watch Officer Dyne is a soldier serving in the Royal Army.
He's stationed at Verte Bridge checkpoint separating the cities Rolent and Bose and can be found manning the office on the Bose side, arranging papers for travellers who wish to visit the Rolent region.
While the Verte Bridge checkpoint is mostly manned by relatively inexperienced soldiers, Dyne isn't one of them. Like his commanding officer Ashton, Dyne has been in the army since the 100 Days War. He is a calm man who likes to do things at his own pace.
Dyne sees the whole Linde incident with a sense of befuddlement, wondering if General Morgan is losing his mental edge for not being able to find something as large as an airliner.
