Flora, a NPC met in Ruan
Flora is an inhabitant of the town of Ruan.
She's the daughter of two members of Mayor Dalmore's staff and works for him as a maid herself.
She seems to be rather prone to crushes. She thinks Agate's wild look is quite attractive, only to shift her affection to Joshua once the latter briefly talks to her.
