The Krone Pass is a regional guarded divisional checkpoint between Bose and Ruan, connecting the Krone Trail - 1st Map in Bose and the Krone Trail - 2nd Map in Ruan.
Compared to the checkpoints built into the Ahnenburg Wall, Krone Pass is rather small, with only a sleeping and living quarters for the guards, a main hall containing an orbal charging station and a sleeping quarters for travelers and hikers.
First Chapter[]
After the arrest of the Capua Sky Bandits and the release of the hostages during Disappearance of the Linde, Estelle and Joshua decide to proceed with their journey to become Senior Bracers and travel to Ruan next, travelling through Krone Pass. They reach the checkpoint around sunset and decide to ask for shelter there since the mountain pass is dangerous at night. While staying over, they meet Agate again, who was also heading to Ruan. Before they can go to sleep, the bracers are alerted by a ruckus outside and they discover the checkpoint is under attack by wolf-like creatures. While the guards fend off the creatures on the Bose side of the checkpoint, Estelle, Joshua and Agate head over to the Ruan side after realizing it's being attacked from both sides and defeat the monsters as well. Estelle and Joshua later learn that the creatures were tracking Agate and that they attacked the checkpoint because he was staying there.
During Madrigal of the White Magnolia, Estelle and Joshua enter Krone Pass while escorting Hardt through the Krone Trail. Once arriving Melvin is waiting for them to arrive and takes over the escort job, proceeding to take the merchant to the City of Ruan.
