The Sky Bandit's Stronghold, located at the Nebel Valley in Bose, is the hideout of the Sky Bandits, namely the Capua family. The stronghold is based in a cave system in the north of Nebel Valley and has an internal structure of tunnels, rooms and a hangar large enough for small air vessels.
The stronghold is home to the Sky Bandits, notably Don Capua, Josette Capua and Kyle Capua however some enemies are still able to occupy the stronghold. The save system is later disbanded as the Sky Bandits leave residency of the cave and it becomes occupied by the Royal Army.
First Chapter[]
During Disappearance of the Linde the airliner Linde is captured by the Sky Bandits in the Missing Airliner quest. After finding the Linde at the Abandoned Mine empty, Bose - South Block is burgled in the South Block Burglary quest, Estelle tracks the responsible Sky Bandits and stows away on the Bobcat. The Bobcat arrives at the stronghold where the captive Linde crew and passengers are being held, Estelle, Joshua Astray, Scherazard Harvey and Olivert Reise Arnor traverse the stronghold in the hopes of rescuing them. Upon finding the hostages, Estelle encounters resistance from Don, Josette, Kyle and some Sky Bandits. After the hostages are rescued, the Royal Army quarantines the area and seals the stronghold off to the public.
Second Chapter[]
At the beginning of That Which One Must Protect, Joshua Astray, Don, Josette and Kyle infiltrate the stronghold to re-acquire the Bobcat that is under the control of the Royal Army. After some brief resistance in finding the Bobcat Ignition Key, they ascend the stronghold to find the Bobcat still docked. Fending off more resistance, Don and Kyle board the Bobcat however Joshua encounters further resistance from Mueller Vander. After fending off Mueller's attack, Joshua and Josette also climb aboard the Bobcat and launch the vessel, where Dorothy Hyatt catches wind of the situation and enters the area just in time to capture the Photograph of Joshua.
